Come clean up Madison Street on Saturday, April 30!
Help us clean up Madison Street on Saturday, April 30 from 9-11 a.m. We will meet at Porte Apartments, 855 W. Madison St. to pick up tools. This event is free to attend, we ask you to register ahead of time and bring gloves.
Cities bring economies of scale, develop markets, create jobs and encourage new economic activities to flourish. Our cities support us in many different ways, it's time to return the favor. Clean cities preserve the environment, creates better health and imparts good qualities.
Please join STRENGTH IN THE CITY & STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation, in partnership with West Central Association, for the clean the street walk in the West Loop on Saturday April 23rd.
9:30am - 10am: Pre - meet and greet to get supplies for the walk
10am - 11:30am: Clean the street walk begins
11:30am - 1pm: Community Social Hour
Pre and Post locations - TBD we will keep all registered attendees updated with details.
We are looking for support from our community to help fund supplies and materials for this clean up. If you can donate and attend that would be amazing. If you cannot donate but would love to volunteer to walk and clean our streets we can't wait to see you there. If you cannot make it at all and would like to donate we thank you.

STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF) is a 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on bringing mental and physical health & wellness to the community. Programs created by SITCF will have an emphasis in primarily three areas: serving underprivileged youth, empowering women, and protecting the environment.
