On behalf of Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr. (27th Ward), the West Central Association will be hosting a Virtual Community Meeting for the review and opportunity to ask questions and comment on the proposed development.

The proposed development consists of 36 story 404 foot tall residential building containing 262 residential units, with commercial space on the ground floor and 130 on-site parking spaces and 2 loading berths.
